One answer : NO! It is not , IMO it was a great Bond and that is my opinion , there wasn't much what was bad about it.

When I saw it in th ecinema, yes, I though it was the worst Bond. But in the 7 years since the shock has dies away. I now place DAD in 20th place overall.

I think it's pretty bad . I can rate it from 19th - 22nd in my overall ratings.
