I was watching LTK last night and every time I watch it I think whats with the winking fish at the end is it appose to represent something?

That would be my guess, or breaking the fourth wall. Kind of like George Lazenby's "this never happened to the other fella", or Burt Reynolds smiling and winking at the camera in Smokey and the Bandit.
