Too much use of the Bond theme.
Poor back-projection (can be said for almost every early Bond film).

Helicopter/Boat chase seems tagged on leaving fight with Klebb an anti-climax.

Too much reliance on gadgets & SFX rather than character development & plot.

George Lazenby's acting can sometimes seem wooden.
Too much referance to previous films.
Tracy is annoying.
