Perhaps, but I don't think so. i don't want him to be the next Blofeld. I think that he shouldn't come back for Bond 23 , but then maybe bring him back . The direction I want to go in is , M gets assianated by Quantum, James Bond tries to get revenge, and along the way we get to learn more about Quantum.
